scared that my mom might get osteoporosis as she had fracture her wrist before and she's in her 50s. her weight was higher thn her age and this means a bit lower chances of getting this illness. hope she won't have this illness. this saturday will be going to school to take care of elderly. i not sure izzit elderly who suffered osteoporosis or juz elderly who's here to learn more about osteoporosis. that's all for today i think.
