I always thought that August is a good month for me but looks like it was just a bad month in disguise.

Even though, I collected my IC, as well as paid for my poly education loan, but when it is coming towards the end of the month, unlucky things starts to happened.

First is that I accidentally step on my sister laptop yesterday and this result to a crack in her newly bought laptop. It cost her a bomb for the repair and most likely I have to pay her some amount for the repair fee.

Second is the job that I apply did not came out the way I supposed. I was asked to provide the schedule that I will be available for this week last Wednesday and I expected them to put me on those days which includes today but I did not even received any information on the date and time I am working this week till yesterday when I message the manager in charge. What I got was this reply that I will be informed by the assistant manager at a later time. I waited for the entire day till midnight and yet received any message whether I will be working the today.

This really give me an impression that they only schedule you only if they need you, instead of letting you work on the days you are available. I understand that they want to minimize the amount of unnecessary staffs for the day so they can reduce the overall cost and thus profitable. But this contradicts with my current situation, where I need to find a part time that have fixed hours and days for me to work in order to save and pay my loans as well as cover for my expenses.

Third is what just happened to me after I done with my revision in NYP and about to go back home. After my revision on my way to the bus stop, I step on this very wet and slippery tile which almost made me fall down. Even though i managed to recover myself but I still accidentally scratched my toe against the hard floor. Now my toe is bleeding non-stop.

Let's hope that everything will turn smoothly after my birthday.

Many people will feel very excited on the day they collect their precious IC after about 2 years departure with it, but for me it is the other way.

Last Friday, I finally collected back my "long lost" IC, but I do not feel the excitement that I should have in me the moment I received it. It is kind of weird for me maybe cause I am rushing to school after that.

Everything just goes on as per normal. Going to school for lessons and revisions when I am free. But I really miss the carefree life in base, where I can just do whatever things I like and sleep as many hours as I like and do not have to worry about being late for school or so.

Now after getting back my IC also implies that I have to start paying for my subsequent physio sessions as well as all the transport fee from ang mo kio to clementi and my meals. Did not have much of NS allowance left and I have so much to pay in the near future, just by thinking of it make me headache.

Apply for a part time job and I had yet received any call or SMS stating when and what shift I will be working. Really have to work and earn for my allowances as well as school fee and laptop loan. Not to mention about my studies.

It had been two weeks after school reopens and I can barely able to understand what they are teaching even though I had been reading the notes over and over again and doing revision just to remember. But all the things I am doing is like memorizing what the lecturers are teaching instead of understanding which is bad!

Let's pray hard that I will be able to catch up and score for it.

alright, it has been quite awhile since i last posted.

just finished my first week in school and i could barely absorb all the information into my mind, most probably due to the 2 years "non-study" gap. gonna work extra hard to absorb them but i really doubt if i can maintain this hard work.

Just cleared my poly loan this week and this left me with my laptop loan as well as university fee.
going for my job interview at ambush junction 8 next Tuesday, hopefully able to get the job.

i think this is all i have to write. will update more some other days.
